Just a quick vent -
I can't stand voice recognition when you call big companies. Why? Well aside from the normal issues of the software never understanding what I say, I nearly never get where I need to get because I COUGH RANDOMLY.
And the cough is taken by the voice recognition software as something I'm saying.
No, I don't need option #2, I just coughed by mistake and couldn't muffle my cough enough. Today was a special day because the voice recognition software told me "that is an invalid option. Goodbye!" and it hung up.
Oh the joy that brought to my day today.....
