the site is a pretty big pain in the you know what (they're re-designing for June, so hang in there), but if you're ever bored you can access my podcast ONLY through their widget.
Once you have the widget, click on " CF Resources", it's a drop down menu. from there, click "subscribe to adult podcast". your iTunes will open and a dude named Josh will be speaking - he is the latest podcast. but you can back track to February and march and i'm there :)
