Yes, so I skipped yesterday so I hit 4/5 for cardio and 2/3 for weights for the week.
I'm not making excuses but I spent hours doing my d@mn taxes ... all the CF stuff and working out of state for part of the year.... it just took a while.
But I'm back on the horse today... 1/5 for cardio and 1/3 for weights. Here's to a healthy week!!!!
