Show me those muscles baby

No time for cardio yesterday but I did get in my weights.

Say it loud, say it proud!: 2/3 for weights and 3/5 for cardio.

How's everyone else doing out there?

  1. way to go amy!! I made it to the pool today--felt like I forgot how to swim, but at least I got in the water. :)
