How's exercise this week?
I've gotten too lazy to jot stuff down. But I've been trying out this new exercise video of circuit training for 45 minutes. It's GREAT for strength training, but not so much for loosening crud in my lungs. So i'm trying to figure out how to work this into my routine.I'm also thinking of upping my cardio to 45 min from 30 min and doing it 3x a week instead of 5. I think the extra cardio all at once is what I need - I think my body has gotten way too used to just 30 min of cardio. I did that for almost all of 2007 and the 1st 1/2 of 2008 and I felt much more fit. I'll let you know how it goes. How are YOU Lisa? :)
I am doing alright, but I can't seem to be back on a good schedule. Last night Gess woke me up a million times, so I got up late today and will have to do my workout after work. But I will do it :) My shins are being noncooperative right now, so marathon training is at a standstill, which annoys the heck out of me.
