The Follow Me thing I have is a Google Blogger feature - so I just asked it to put the feature on and it did. But I think I have the code for you:

If the icon shows up, you can download a firefox plug in called "Firebug". You can use firebug on any web page to see the code for anything on the page. it's amazing!
So you can use firebug to look at the code for my Follow Me icon :)
