The blog for CFer's who wish to be proactive, and not reactive, about their health
I like your blog. You have a ton of information on here! I'm going to look into NAC, it sounds promising. Have a great day!Ronnie
Thanks Ronnie - I'm glad I can provide value. FIGHT ON!
Amy-nice idea on awareness raising I might do something like this in my strides letter this year. Thanksok and for the real reason I popped on over--you know that inflammatory hypothesis I had that my old docs didnt buy into well after my first round steroids in teh fall that was to treat the problems I have had since feb 08 my numbers went up big time to 102 and now after the second round from problems in Mar08 (feb/mar are always problematic for me) guess what my FEV1 is??????????? 108 108 108 if I coudl figure out how to make that bigger I would---I kept looking below it because I figured it was my FVC LOL--which by the way is 124 OMG.That was w/o albuterol and the steroids are clear from my system so its not that either. Doc and I had a good chat including me getting to the anatomically 'abnormal' range LOL---even when its seomthing good I'm still abnormal he he he. Anyway keep up the good work I know you will, and I know you will be seeing that 103 really soon.
you are amazing, Nicole. GREAT news!!!!!
